Meetings

  • Arrange Annual General Meetings (AGM), Extraordinary General Meetings, Committee Meetings and any other meetings as necessary
  • Send an agenda and financial statement to each owner prior to the meeting
  • Provide a budget estimate for the coming year
  • Provide a recommendation on amount of contribution levies for both administration and sinking funds
  • Prepare and distribute to owners the minutes of meetings

Financial Services

  • Competitive insurance quotations are provided to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure scheme is insured correctly and in line with current legislation
  • Insurance claims and lodgement, renewal and valuation

Access

  • Issue devices to allow access to residents
  • Refund residents when items returned
